Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Carnavita Events to organize your special occasions. Since we provide event planning, styling, and management services rather than physical retail goods, our “Shipping and Delivery” refers to the mobilization, setup, and execution of our services at your designated event venue.
1. Service Coverage & Locations
We proudly plan and execute events across Egypt. Our standard service areas cover major cities, including:
- Greater Cairo & Giza
- Alexandria
- North Coast (Sahel) & El Gouna (Seasonal)
*If your event venue is located outside our standard coverage zones, please contact our team prior to booking to confirm availability and discuss logistics.
2. Transportation & Setup Fees
Our package prices generally cover transportation and setup costs within our main operating zones. However:
- Standard Zones: Complimentary delivery and setup of all decor, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Remote/Out-of-Zone Venues: A custom travel and logistics fee will be calculated and added to your final quote based on the distance from our main hubs.
3. Setup Timeline & Coordination
To guarantee a flawless execution, we adhere to strict timeline standards:
- Advance Access: The client must ensure that the venue management grants our setup crew access to the premises at least 6 to 12 hours prior to the event start time (depending on the package size).
- Teardown: Our team will begin dismantling and collecting all rented equipment, props, and decor immediately after the event concludes, or within the time window permitted by the venue.
4. Rental Items and Liability
All physical items delivered to your venue (including tables, chairs, backdrops, lighting systems, and centerpieces) are rented for the duration of the event only.
The client is responsible for any severe damage or loss of rented items caused by guests during the event.
